One of our latest creations, and now a best selling favourite, for durian lovers who are looking for a creamy durian cake, that’s more durian than cake. Our Durian Bomb is made with freshly whipped durian cream over more generous amount of durian pulp in between 4 layers of Gula Melaka sponge to create the ultimate durian cake! We use 1.2 kg durian for a 9” cake, if that’s not durian heaven, what is? :) Fruit topping such as strawberries or blueberries can be ordered from Add-On menu. Previously this cake was covered with coconut, but we have now left out the coconut so that you can enjoy the smooth creamy texture of the durian. All our cakes are hand frosted so no two cakes are exactly alike. Fruit garnish used may differ slightly depending on the fruit we have on hand
